Use & care
Read the label. Care for your jar.
A simple guide to the storage instructions and batch details on your honey.

Looking after your honey starts with the maker’s instructions. The label on the jar you receive is always the reference for that particular product.
Check the item before putting it away
Compare the product name, size, and quantity with your order, then check that the packaging information is readable. If you notice something you would like to ask about, keep photographs of the jar, packaging, and relevant detail. These provide a clearer reference than a short description alone and help keep the conversation connected to the same product and order without relying on assumptions.
Follow the storage instructions
The ESHAN label says to keep the honey at room temperature. Read your own jar before storing it, as its packaging is the direct reference for that batch. Consider the full instructions supplied by the maker when choosing a storage place. Do not substitute the care routine for a different product. If anything is unclear, keep a label photograph and ask before changing how you store it.
Check the dates on your jar
Look for the manufacture date, expiry date, and lot number printed on the packaging. Website photographs illustrate the product; the dates shown do not confirm the dates of a jar that will be dispatched. With several jars, review the items received and arrange them so their details remain accessible. If dates matter to your planned use, ask before ordering instead of estimating them from a product photograph.
Keep the useful references together
Take a clear photograph showing the product name, dates, and lot number, and keep it with your order details. For several items, identify which photograph belongs to which product. Retain packaging that carries relevant information when you need to ask a question. A small amount of organisation at the beginning helps you share complete details later and avoids confusing products bought in separate orders.
If you have a product question
Use the contact route on our contact page and include the product name, order details, and what you would like to clarify. For a label or packaging question, include the relevant photograph and lot number. You do not need to diagnose a cause before contacting us; describe what you observed. For a future purchase, you can also share the size, quantity, and intended use you are considering.
