Three simple ways to bring honey to the table
Toast, a bowl of yogurt, and your favourite cup. Small ideas for everyday enjoyment.

You do not need an elaborate recipe to enjoy a jar of honey. Start with something you already like, and add a little sweetness to suit your taste.
A slower morning with toast
Toast your favourite bread, spread a little butter, and finish with a light drizzle of honey. Start with half a teaspoon and taste before adding more. Try sliced banana or fruit you already have. Keep the bread and level of toasting familiar at first so you can notice the addition. If you are sharing breakfast, let each person adjust the honey on their own serving.
A bowl made your way
Spoon plain yogurt into a bowl, then add chopped fruit and honey to taste. Try the combination before adding more honey, since your chosen fruit may vary between bowls. For crunch, add granola or nuts that suit your diet. Choose every ingredient with your own dietary needs in mind. Begin with a few ingredients so it is easy to remember the combination you most enjoyed.
Your favourite cup
Try a little honey in tea or coffee, stir well, and taste before adding more. For a cold drink, first mix the honey with a small amount of warm water to help it blend. Include that water in the total drink quantity so the result stays close to what you intended. Use a familiar cup and drink amount for your first attempt, then adjust a little at a time.
Change one thing at a time
When adapting an idea, change the honey quantity or one other ingredient at a time. This helps you identify what made the difference you enjoyed. There is no need to use the same amount in every dish. Keep a simple note of the combination and approximate quantity. When preparing food for several people, leave optional additions on the table so each person can finish their own serving.
